APACHE AIR is a high-productivity, high-precision towel folding machine suitable for processing all types of towels.

The machine detects both the length and width of the items fed into it, enabling it to apply the correct sequence of folds and counter-folds and to place the finished item on the corresponding stacker below.

The folding process is divided into two distinct sections:

• The first two side folds, typically made along the long side of the fabric, are created using air jets and counter-pressures that determine their width.
• The counter-folds (across the garment that has already been partially folded) are performed at the rear of the machine using proven air-jet technology between the rollers (first counter-fold) and a cutting blade combined with a reversal of the conveyor belt’s direction (second counter-fold).
