APACHE is a high-productivity, high-precision terry folding machine suitable for processing all types of terry cloth.

The machine detects both the length and width of the garments fed into it, enabling it to apply the correct sequence of folds and counter-folds and to deposit the finished garment onto the corresponding stacker below.

The folding process is divided into two distinct sections:

• The first two side folds, typically made along the long side of the fabric, are performed simultaneously by two blades that guide the garment, smoothing it out and reducing any wrinkles caused by drying, until it lies flush against the guides that determine its final width.
• The counter-folds (across the already partially folded garment) are performed at the rear of the machine using proven air-jet technology between the rollers (first counter-fold) and a knife in conjunction with the conveyor belt’s reverse motion (second counter-fold).
