Technical description

EAGLE is a new-generation automatic gripper feeder designed to feed sheets and other small- to medium-sized linens (table linens, flat linens, hospital linens) into the ironing machine.

EAGLE is characterized by its solid, robust, and efficient construction. Thanks to the precision of its linen-handling mechanisms, it significantly increases the productivity of the ironing line while maintaining very high final quality. This is achieved through the greater accuracy with which the laid-out item is positioned on the conveyor belt, ensuring it enters the ironing machine’s barrel in optimal condition for the ironing phase.

Effective working width: 3000–3300–3500–4000–4200 mm.
1 to 4 hanging stations.
Ability to feed linens into 1 or 2 processing lanes in AUTOMATIC OPERATION.
Ergonomic, stress-free hanging position with adjustable height.
T-Soft spreading clamps simulate the operator's manual touch to guide the garment during the spreading phase with maximum delicacy and precision.
Automatic adjustment of spreading force (final garment tension) based on the type of laundry.
Cotton Care anti-tear protection system developed by La T Tecnica; thanks to brushless technology, in the event of unforeseen circumstances, the grippers release the garment at a predetermined (and adjustable) spreading load to prevent unnecessary breaks and tears.
Dual-stage final spreading system for feeding special items (duvets, bedspreads).
Can be used as a vacuum table for manually feeding special items (round or oval tablecloths, fitted sheets) or small items (napkins, pillowcases, etc.).
Capable of feeding heavy items (e.g., duvet covers).
Direct vacuum feed into the mangle trough.
COUNTERMAT KIT for processing the ends of items across the entire width of the machine.
Oversized vacuum chamber to accommodate and flatten large items.
LED lighting in the feeding area to improve visual inspection of the linens.
