Technical description
INTRUDER is a semi-automatic feeder designed for feeding sheets and other small- to medium-sized flat linens (table linens, flat linens, hospital linens) into the ironing machine and for spreading them out.
It features a compact, sturdy, and efficient design. Thanks to its suction power and the generous dimensions of the garment holding chamber, it significantly increases the productivity of the ironing line and improves the final quality by ensuring the garment is laid out more precisely as it enters the ironing trough.
Structural features
- Effective working width: 3000–3300–3500–4000 mm.
- Enhanced dual suction system on both the work surface and the garment spreading chamber, with separate on/off controls.
- Micro-perforated mesh screens at the discharge to minimize dust circulation.
- Inverter-controlled suction intensity adjustment from 0–100%.
- Capable of processing synthetic garments.
- Capable of processing large, special-shaped garments (round and oval tablecloths, fitted sheets).

Touchscreen panel for machine control as an alternative to electromechanical controls.
Automatic spreading brushes: 1-way / 1/2-way
Direct suction feed into the ironing trough
