Technical description

KYLVEL ELECTRIC is a high-productivity, high-precision folding machine for small garments, suitable for processing NAPKINS, PILLOWCASES, BIDET COVERS, AND VARIOUS SMALL GARMENTS.

The garment is folded by four paddles driven by independent electric motors and controlled by a PLC. For each program, it is possible to set separate and independent adjustments for the main operating parameters for each paddle, namely:

Forward speed.
Forward acceleration.
Return speed.
Return acceleration.
Option to set different pause times between one paddle and the next.
