KYLVEL PLUS is a high-productivity, high-precision folding machine for small items, suitable for processing NAPKINS, TABLE RUNNERS, PILLOWCASES, AND VARIOUS SMALL ITEMS.

The first two side folds, normally made along the long side of the fabric, are performed by two folding blades driven by independent electric motors and controlled by a PLC. For each program, separate and independent settings are configured for the main operating parameters for each folding blade, namely:

• forward speed,
• forward acceleration,
• return speed,
• return acceleration

(it is also possible to set different pause times between one blade and the next for each program).

The second folds (transverse, on the garment that has already been partially folded) are performed using proven technology involving the reversal of the conveyor belt’s direction of travel and air jets between the rollers.
