RAPTOR is a folding machine for sheets and other large and medium-sized flat linens (table linens, bed linens, hospital linens).

Its sturdy structure and compact, efficient design allow for the folding of all types of flat linens with maximum precision and accuracy, even at high operating speeds.

Available with 2, 3, or 4 longitudinal folds, RAPTOR is designed to perform all counter-folds within the machine, ensuring maximum precision and operating speed.

A practical and intuitive control panel (touchscreen) allows for the management of all folding programs and the adjustment of operating parameters. All longitudinal folds are performed using an air jet on counter-rotating rollers. The lateral counter-folds are performed by reversing the belts and blades or by air blast.

All folds are performed automatically inside the machine. A remote program change option is available. The folding machine automatically adjusts the operating speed based on the current speed of the calender.
